Why Prices Are Temporarily Changing at KTS Recycling

At KTS Recycling, we’ve always been committed to providing reliable, affordable waste and recycling services to our customers and local communities.

Like many businesses across Australia, we’re currently facing increased operating costs driven by global factors beyond our control.

What’s driving the change?

Ongoing conflict in the Middle East has disrupted global fuel supply, leading to sharp increases in fuel and oil prices. Unfortunately, these rising costs have a direct impact on how we operate.

In addition to fuel, other operational expenses have also increased in recent weeks, adding further pressure across the industry.

What this means for our customers

To help offset these rising costs and continue delivering the level of service you expect, KTS Recycling has introduced a 5% price increase across all services.

This change came into effect on Monday, 13 April 2026, and applies to our sites in:

  • Knox
  • Coldstream
  • Wesburn

This is not a decision we’ve taken lightly. We understand that price increases can be challenging, and we’ve worked hard to minimise the impact where possible. This adjustment will be reviewed on a monthly basis and will only remain in place for as long as necessary.

Our commitment to you

Despite these changes, our focus remains the same. We’re here to provide dependable service, support sustainable waste solutions, and continue serving our local communities to the highest standard.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support during this time.
